No chance. You might get remanufactured parts in Italy. You can definately get things like remanufactured body panels/floorpans here in the UK but I don't know of engine stuff.
There not too bad to restore. You might be able to find someone that will do it all for you/has a stock of old ones. On eBay theres been a few rebuilt 126 engines which would fit straight in, bit more oomph and tuning potential with them too I think

franco's (yes really!) in hounslow always have a few 500's in their yard they are working on, stripping for bits, may be worth trying them, and i certainly recall a lady picking up suspension parts for a 500 from interparts just round the corner as well
