If you lock the car by the key, rather than remote, it bypasses the alarm…if I remember rightly

Does it have an alarm? All have an immobiliser but not sure re alarm on newer cars older didn't have them
Sit in the car, lock via the remote wait about a min and move about, that will tell you if there's an alarm
