lewisp took the measurements, which I can't remember off hand. I know they were close, thats for sure.Mrcento said:how far out is the exhaust size wise? why is it different sizes? is the front section you're trying to connect it to non standard?, it should fit otherwise. really need pics or a look before, might be a case of changing the front half too depending on were things change from standard to weird sizes

Regarding the exhaust, i think the join in the new pipe was bodged slightly to fit the car in persley. In my head it has a slightly outward rolled join. I think if that is straightened out then the new pipe should fit on. I am happy to give that a try in September if you can wait.
It has been great fun working on the car with the FS guys. Looking forward to Cracking on with this too.
