BEN! its just after banbury on the M4 (can get from M25). its closer than stanford by quite a bit. may even be quicker to go up the M1 and then across at Milton keynes to save traveling all the way round the M25.

M25 may be the quickest actually depending on traffic. u would need to take the M25 down to junction 15 (i think) which is right down west london area and then back north on the M4. going north on the M1 to MK and then accross to banbury and then up the M4 a junction or 2 to gaydon would be the most direct route IMO but might actually take longer?

that route would be good for people from your area (eg, west london/ south london way) but from my area/east london its quite a way out of the way to go all the way to west london adn then north when we can go north and then west
