Was just thinking of this today....
When we buy stuff from internet sites, we can never be sure if the products we buy are going to be up to scratch.
However, this can be helped......I think that we should use our large number of members to our advantage...
For Example...
A member will name and shame a site that has sold them poor product and then other members can show their support (and note the fact that they will not be buying from the site in question...even if they never were going to in the first place
) Then the member who has been cheated by the company can email them with a link to the thread.
If it was me... I would make another thread first to let people know that I will be making the complaint thread an hour or so later, and then get the 1st thread deleted when I do.
Obviously this won't help in all circumstances, but may help some.
I have witnessed this before, but I think it would work better if it was organised
