Are those common where you are?

very common for a coupe body, probably the most common coupe on the roads. i see one at least every 10mins in heavy traffic. you get a great car for the money so i can see why they sold so well. unlike many other coupe versions of a hatchback, the astra coupe still handles almost as well as the hatch (thanks lotus). i want one a lot.

it definately looks better without them
keep those alloys on, they're the right ones for the car.
