Quick question to any salesman around (or anyone in the know or with experience)
I took delivery of my 500 first days of feb, I was told by my dealer and by Fiat customer service that I qualified for FEEL3. On the day I was advised that I would have to wait 4 to 5 weeks to receive the paperwork, that'd have been then roughly mid-march. Now I'm not one to overreact but I have contacted customer service again to be told I have to wait more more more (the call center advisor never suggested he'd find out for me), and my beloved dealer even when asked nicely refuses point blank to go the extra mile and get the "inside" info, nope I got this "Can't, it's for you to deal with them"......
Just wondered then: how long does it usually take to receive that paperwork, and does a salesman
really have his hands tied and can't help a customer?
