General faulty bravo radio

Hi all, my radio keeps turning itself off and on then not working and then on the display it says no can network! Has anybody come across this before and can help me, its driving me mad not having any music to listen to, thanks

Sounds like either the plug(s) at the back of the stereo are loose, or yes, it is a faulty unit.
