For this code I have:
P1471=Guasto funzionale elettroventola 1 (lato guidatore)
I can not give any real confidence that this is right but it came for list of codes for Fiats.
As there is a passenger side I'm thinking this maybe the climate control / aircon fan.
Does your system allow the setting of the fan/heat differently on the driver's and passenger's side? If so you can try setting the fan speed on both to see if one side works and the other doesn't.
