Would it be of any use to you if I noted the ohm settings in mine and messaged them? Our fuel gauge is spot on. If your readings are the same or similar it might point to a faulty sender.

Not really(but thanks for the offer). there's no guarantee that your sender will read the same as mine for each given level!

It's really quite simple to do!

Measuring jug and 80Ltrs of fuel.
Plug in lexia and run the appropriate diagnosis section in BSI.
Measure Resistance at the given levels (starting at 340 Ohms then decreasing 20 ohms for each stage) and pour in fuel till required resistance is met then note the fuel total put into tank at each point.
Once all Targets have been measured back to configuration and input them!

Result completely accurate Gauge.

will be interesting to see if it allows decimal places on the inputted Ltrs (I would think so!).

I'm beginning to wonder how good that place is that did the removal!

I've not had any glimpse of the engine management light since having mine done 18 months ago.

I'm going to map the EGR valve back to the ECU tomorrow, via the guy who did the re-map after FAP removal. One of the current faults in Lexia is EGR related even though the engine ECU has been told it doesn't have an EGR. I hold out little hope, however.

Would it help to update Lexia? As it is there's no engine ECU listed, only the injection menu... (and no engine one in the BSI menu either.)

OK, egr mapped back in - no change. Use a bit more than tiny amount of throttle, and ping, on comes the anti pollution fault light. So - tomorrow it's change the EGR valve for a nice new one I've had for ages. Anyone done this job? Any known shortcuts? TIA :)
