Technical Fault Code P0748-13 - 2014 Fiat Ducato 180

Hi all. I run a 2014 Ducato 180 with 210,000 miles on the clock. The engine management is now on permanently. Error code is P0748-13 which turns out to be the Pressure control solenoid which stated that the pressure was too high. The van runs fine and I am still getting 36mpg loaded. The pressure control solenoid has now been changed, van runs fine but the dreaded amber light still stays on. I have done a scan but the same code P)748-13 keeps coming up with the message "Metering unit electrical failure - open circuit". I have checked the plug that goes onto the solenoid and it seem to click into place okay. Any help would be appreciated as I do not know what to do next as this will mean a MOT failure.
