Extra charges for new car 3 months on.....

I received a letter from my fiat dealer this week telling me they forgot to charge me for the stripe which was added to my 500 before delivery. I paid the full balance at the time of delivery from money from a savings account. This remaining money in the account has now been moved in to a long term saver which I can't touch. I now have a £200 bill to pay.

As you can imagine I'm pretty cheesed off - do I have any legal standing to not pay it or at least to get some money off????

Any ideas????

maybe one for the CAB but I would have thought that if you settled their final invoice then that's it, especially after three months.

tell them you can pay the 200 but you will charge them a £300 admin fee that needs to be payed up front before you send the 200

If you have paid the full amount that was on the sales invoice, and that amount matches the amount on your original order form, then they cannot ask you to pay more, especially after 3 months.

Tell them it's their mistake, and their problem, and if they want the money they can take you to Court for it.
