OK. Re-did my exhaust hangers today and as requested, took a few pics along the way.
First, here's a 'before' pic. The reason for doing the job was excessive lateral movement of the rear part of the exhaust, rather than how the tips were 'hanging'.
Here are the parts. They are (from right to left): rear support 46810305; mid support 51804591 (I bought two of these because there are two on Stilos, but the Bravo has only one); the forward support/bracket 46830390.
Using a socket to undo the rear support. For anyone with tips that sit off centre in the rear bumper, there's an easy fix. The alloy part of the support has an oversized hole, so it can be moved about to centre the pipes.
Using a screwdriver to ease off the mid support. A good spray with silicone lubricant helps with this.
The combined front support/bracket is held on by two bolts.
Pics of the removed parts show that there wasn't much wrong with the front and mid supports (the apparent splits are where I cut the support to remove it).
It was the rear one that was shot!
And here's an 'after' picture. Compare this with the first one and you'll notice the tips now sit a little higher in the bumper cut-out. The lateral movement was greatly reduced.
