Technical Exhaust Problem

I been told i got a 899 exhaust on my sporting thats welded together i think they said.
Is that gonna be a problem?
Can i just buy one of them rear silencers from ebay and replace it?

Maybe.

First check the OD of the pipe before the main can, post the result, then check how far forward that goes.

Does seem a bit unlikely, though.
