Technical Exhaust Manifold steel or SS?

My question is as simple as the topic, I just need to know what material the stock manifold is made from, I'm not 100% sure if I need to be more specific but it connects to the catalitic converter, thats all I know.

I doubt fiat fit stainless steel manifolds or stainless pipes. I would expect the manifold to be cast iron, and the downpipe to the catalytic converter to be steel.

pretty sure its steel, but wouldn't surprise me if its plastic like the manifold on the GP Mjet

Thbanks guys, Ya I thnought it would be steel, didn't think it would be cast iron... well I was hoping it wasn't. I'll get it replaced under warranty then
