Technical Exhaust fumes..

Help would be appreciated..
I've got a 2017 Doblo 1600cc 16V
Multijet. Diesel... Van..
Recently when l start the engine, almost immediately l get a strong smell of exhaust fumes in the cabin.. It happens again when l change gear strong fumey smell, that would irritate your lungs.. I've had the exhaust looked at, they said there was no exhaust leaks.. Does anyone know of any other cause of exhaust fumes leaking into the cabin...
I've changed the Oil. Oil filters.. Fuel filter.. Air filter.. And pollen filter.. Didn't help.

Check the EGR pipes, they carry Exhaust Gases

Yes.. The engine runs well..
The problem is the fumes in the cabin....

My guess would be the flexi exhaust coupling especially when changing gear and the initial start up.
Can you get someone to look under front of car when you start up from cold.
They don't always show black , especially if engine usually gets good hard runs to help it run clean.
Another test would be to block the tail pipe with a damp cloth held against it, if vehicle carries on running, that is pretty certain.
Another thought is oil leaking from back of engine onto exhaust?

When your injector copper seals are bad you will also smell a very strong exhaust smell inside the car. You can check it yourself or let a shop take a look.
