Technical Erratic idling

Hi I recently found that my 1400 uno pacer has erratic idling and even when I press in the clutch the idling drops to 400 and then picks up again. I swaped out sparkplugs, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor and all the diaframs in the carb and the problem is still there. Is there someone that has an idea of what might cause this problem and how to fix it?

I’m not familiar with the pacer, but you should start with the basics first. Any exhaust leaks, any leaks under the bonnet.

Fresh fuel

E10 fuel has a very short life.
