The ePER guide asks to find part by code ,what code does this relate to ? Any help will be appreciated as this is the first time using this search

GD stands for guida destra, GS for guida sinistra in Italian. Sometimes it's also marked as GDX / GSX.

It means the side of the car on which the steering wheel is. So, GD is for cars with the steering wheel on the right hand side (left hand side traffic), and GS for steering wheel on the left hand side of the car (right hand side traffic).

That makes things so much clearer . Thanks very much for your help . This shows what a great site this is . Again Cheers

@woolfie Did you manage to locate a clutch hose? I need one but can't find one anywhere :(

TD
Yes I got sorted out but had to go to a car breakers to get one best £10 spent even came with slave cylinder . Fiat no longer supply the hose / pipe for a right hand drive doblo . This was confirmed by my local dealer who phoned fiat technical dept in Italy while I was in the showroom . Good luck with your hunt

Thanks Woolfie. I'm aware Fiat stopped making the part for RH doblos. And failed to find one from a breakers.

It looks like the hose for the LH doblo is now a flexi hose rather than the original predominantly metal hose. Some compatibility checkers claim the new flexi hose also fits a RH vehicle but at €100 + courier from Italy/Germany/Lithuania it's a gamble I'm not that keen to take.

So I've opted to get the old one professionally repaired (by Pirtek) with a bit of flexi hydraulic hose where the metal pipe had split. Costing a lot more than the tenner you spent! Fingers crossed to works otherwise back to the drawing board.
