General Right sliding door bottom roller guide wheel broken

The plastic cover around the inside wheel of the bottom roller guide of my 2013 Doblo Panorama's right hand sliding door has broken, so the door gets stuck when I open or close it. Can I replave just the little wheel or must I replace the whole roller guide?
