just out of the blue here, does anyone have a list of engines that will fit a FIRE gearbox?
is the bell housing bolt pattern only used on the FIRE engine?
i am trying to find "the biggest" engine that will fit up to a Fiat Panda 4x4 gearbox...
ideally i would like something 8 valve for the lower torque. an older engine too from say something from the 90s to early 2000 using the nice simple Marelli ECU.. not fly by wire. or at least something i could bolt a Punto 75 manifold on to.. and maybe its ECU.
trying to find the 1.4L 8V engine seems impossible
i would have loved to have gone Diesel but again i would have issues with the gearing.
anyone have any recommendations?
