Technical Engine waning light comes on when accelerating

Hi. My qubo has the orange engine light lights up when accelerating briskly at 2500+ rpm then enters limp mode.
When parked up for several hours the engine light doesn't come on and is full power is restored again until accelerating briskly.
Might it be the turbo or the intake bleeding air causing the warning light to kick in.

First thing to do would be connecting MultiEcuScan and checking for errors. The warning light isn't precise enough to diagnose.
