engine trouble or not?

recently bought a hgt to which i was chuffed to pieces,but ive heard a noise from the engine which makes me worry.the cars had its cam belt and tentioner changed 3000 miles ago and the water pump but it makes a rough noise as if somthing aint happy turninig at low revs,dont get me wrong it aint a loud noise but its still there and i was hoping to find out what it was.it almost sound like an old water pump off a ford fiesta,any clues?

sounds like a muffled grind?how an old water pump sounds on low revs pulsating drone?
