Technical Engine transplant - botten clearance

Hi all,

I justed dropped in my Fiat Punto 75 engine.
Had to cut out a little plastic but it fits.
Now the downer.
I noticed the room between the bonnet and the gasvalve iss't very high.
I doubt a original gasvlavecover will fit.
Before I buy one I would like to know how others did this.

I though anbout a cover from a 900 but I think this won't let enough air through...
