Technical Engine starting problem

When i try to start my piece of automobilo italiano, revs drop from 1500 to 0 and then goes back to 1500,this happens 3 or 4 times, then engine idles normaly, and runs perfectly injectors are new, fuel pump is new, filter is clean, no engine errors in multiecuscan.
Please help me
