Multipla Engine problem

Hi All, I've bought a cheap Multipla Diesel 115 Multijet 2006 plate, on start up its fine & then within 10 seconds it sort of diesel knocks (it's like a DONK) until the temp gauge starts to move then its fine, so Snap-On Zeus Live Data its showing fuel temperature at +2400c, air temp at -273c & idle at 3600rpm. So far I have had the fuel injectors test-ok, high pressure pump tested & repaired, timing checked, new fuel filter housing, another MAF sensor, New Temp sensor, New crank sensor & ECU tested, EGR & DPF deleted & remapped (back to standard now) & still it fuel knocks while on warm up.... HELP


What can it be??? I've had diesel mechanics look at it, auto sparky look at it & still the same.
I'm into this so deep now I may as well carry on with it.

Figures look ODD.

AIR is zero Kelvin...

Sounds like its getting random.. or confused signals.. but only when cold..??

Do the readings look RIGHT once warm..??

figures stay the same as when cold but runs fine when warm
