Technical Engine oil !!!!

Is 10W 60 THE CORRECT OIL FOR STILO 2.4l ENGINE ??? PLEASE. Its not a daily driver but i try and take it out every day for an hour also take it to the midlands and back twice a month... its got 5W 30 in it at the mo and i'm topping up quite frequently.

The factory fit oil is Selenia 20K. (Semi-synthetic)

Any quality SAE 10W-40, ACEA A3, API SL/CF can be used. I've used AGIP SINT 2000 and ESSO ULTRA. These are all semi-synthetic oils.

You could also go full a fully synthetic SAE 10W-40, ACEA A3, API SL/CF oil.

STICK TO 10W-40.

10W-60 and 5W-30 are not correct.

The 2.4 engine does tend to be a little thirsty on oil.

Castrol recommends their Edge full synthetic 10/60. I have used this for 6 years and noticed a drop in oil consumption when I changed to it.
Hardly uses any oil between changes.
