what engine oil should i put in the wifes 1.2 stilo and my 1.6 stilo semi or fully synthetic

On my 1.6 I prefer semi 10/40 (I got a good deal on Mobil 2000 and I happy with it). But I change the oil and filter every 6000 km. It's better to go semis and change it more frequently than getting full and change it every 15000km and so, imo...
Personal view this, but since oil is (in my view) one of the most important things over which an owner has control, if you can afford it, go for fully synthetic.
I've used Mobil 1 for many years in a variety or cars and I swear by the stuff.

The best option is to use fully synth and change it frequently. But it is a quite costly option...
