Can anyone help? I have a 2017 Fiat Tipo 1.4 T Jet. Recently the engine management light came on and the stop/start is no longer available. I’ve taken it to a local garage who identified a P2195 error code and as a result fitted a new bank 1 lambda sensor twice. Each time it only fixed the problem for a couple of hundred miles, so then took it to a main dealer who recognised an air intake leak and replaced the o ring. Sadly this did not fix the issue. Took the car back to the main dealer again which resulted in a bank 2 lambda sensor being fitted. Low and behold and engine management light has come on again. Any body any ideas? TIA.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be joint where the crankcase breather pipe enters the induction pipe had failed. its under the aluminium heat shield the glue had broken, therefore air entering the system after measurement giving very lean reading to cpu.
