Technical Engine fittment

Hi I have Fiat Doblo 2003 model with 182 B9.000 engine I like to know can I replace this engine and use 192A1000 instead?

Whilst we may know our own engine number, most of us do not know any others, unless we have or have had them.
Describe what these two engines are and advice will be easier.
e.g. 1.2 Petrol 60hp & 1.2 Petrol 70hp, or 1.3 diesel 75hp & 1.3 diesel 95hp, etc.
