Technical Engine cranking with key in 1st position but wont start punto grande

Hi looking for help, picked my daughters 08 punto grande up from the garage where it had work for a new mot,front off side coil, exhaust gasket, rusty connectors on back lights, parked it up a couple of days before attempting to deliver back to my daughter.
The car is cranking over with the key in first position, where you normally get just the dashboard lights, anybody got any ideas on why it's doing this and why it won't start

Battery maybe? I had a similar sounding problem not too long back. Hope this helps!
