I have a stop light off on my passenger side and a tail light on the drivers side. Both bulbs have been changed but still neither work. My radio doesn't work either it picks the stations up but there's no sound. Also my partner stalled the car this morning and it took 4 attempts for it to restart. Once it got going the Speedo wouldn't go past 30. It's fine now but what could this be?? :/

I'd think they're separate issues.
For the bulbs, test for 12v.
For the bulbs, test for 12v.
