Hi Fellow Fiatsters I have a 2016 4x4 Panda Cross bought it used it had the winter pack but within a year the heated windscreen on the drivers side started to break down any one with any idea where i could get it replaced. don't think its repairable as the connections are hidden under the screen. cheers Fiatsters ;)

You would either need to pay for any windscreen company to replace the screen or you would need to have a reason to have it replaced under fully comp insurance. I don’t believe any insurance companies would replace a heated windscreen for failed elements.

Welecome :)

There is a thread about this that pops back into view as the weather turns frosty

I'd have thought it's not worth replacing the screen just for the sake of the heating function, assuming you're out of warranty. I'd wait until you get a bad enough stone chip to justify a new screen on your car insurance. It's only a matter of time...

The connectors can be reached, by removing the plastic panel between the base of the screen and the bonnet.

But that won't help. The wires in the screen are hair-thin, and at the bottom edge of the screen appear as four pieces of thin 'plastic foil' which the connector plugs are moulded onto. I think the issue is that these bend and flex, and eventually the wires inside break.
