General electric Abarth in the U.S.

Hello.

I have an acquaintance who arranges heavy international shipping so I’ve been curious about potentially purchasing an electric Abarth in the UK and shipping it back to the U.S.

Does anyone here know if there is any reason why a UK Abarth 500e couldn’t be licensed/registered in the U.S.?

They have to meet US safety spec requirements headlights, air bags , beams in doors etc. I would love one myself. Iam looking a red 500e 2024 I can't get any feedback if there are any issues with the car. I know they have been in Europe for years and the bugs should be worked out. Any feed back on this car?
