I closed EGR by using made of sheet iron.

After that the failure lamp is on.

How can i take off the error. I took it of by using computer but it on again.

What can i do* Thank you.

Some ECU's (or software variants) can detect the flow through the EGR.

Im assuming you've left the plug in correctly so the error isnt this. Guessing the description relates to flow rather than operation.

The only option open to you now is to have your car remaped and for the remap to disble the EGR's operation totally.

My money..... and most VX/Saab/Alfa sites say to blank it before the throttle chamber. Same place the Modified Gasket goes.

That way your sure to clog up the whole EGR and vertical pipe forever

Guessing the right place (or the better place) is where it leaves the exhaust where the same size gasket is fitted.

TBH if your not going the whole hog blanking both ends and removing the butterfly from the throttle chamber then don't bother. Your gonna loose performance and raise EGT's potentially.
