Technical EGR HEADACHE

Hi all, I have a 2020 Fiat 500 mild hybrid unleaded vehicle. The engine management light on. Diagnostic check pointed to the EGR. Had it cleaned but didn’t solve. Bought a new EGR from Fiat had it installed but light still on, the garage had a complete nightmare with the software, ECU and car not starting but eventually got it running. I took car to Fiat, they did exactly the same as the first garage. They bought a new EGR, installed it and still the light was on. Took car of to a software tuning company to do a software override to ignore EGR still did not work light is still on. I have no idea what to do now. HELP please.

Thanks Dmitri, last 2 codes were P049D-62 and P044A-12. These were cleared but the light has come back on again. Not sure if there are new error codes without paying for another diagnostic check and so far I have spent over 1.5 thousand pounds
