Technical ECU won't read driver's opened door.

Hello forum, I have a problem with my GP. The driver's door won't light up the dome light nor the door symbol on the cluster when opened. Is there a door opened/closed sensor anywhere? Door's harness has 2 corroded pins on the bottom end but I don't think that's the problem. Any ideas?

The switch is usually built into the door latch although older cars often has a small switch in the door shut area


So any damaged wiring or bad pins in the connector could cause an issues with it
