Hi Tibor and others,

I have Fiat Brava 1.9 16v -98, I have tried to build a diagnostic interface for it, but without success.

The car have marelli IAW 1AF ecu and it uses a single K-line and the communication protocol is KWP-2000, the baud rate is 10400.

I have build uniscan and allso Tibors k-l-line adapter but I cant get neither of them to work.

Uniscan finds my uniscan interface and tells to my that I have some number of points left, but it doesn't get the response from ecu. I have connected k-in, k-out and L-in together because i think that the uniscan wakes up the ecu via L-line, is that right?

Tibor, does your ecu use L- and K-line or just a K-line? And how your program does the ecu initialization?

Does anybody know what is inside the setup menu in uniscan, I asks "access code" so I cant access to it.

If anybody have any tips for my I would be very glad.

Now it works!

I had tried to connect it to ABS diagnistic connector :bang:

Now I find the right one for fuel ECU and it do have L- and K-line
Uniscan is great software for "hobby" car repairing.
