Tuning ECU decode and cloning

I have a spare manual ECU, different part number to the one fitted in mine as I have MTA and software map is different, but it's the same Bosch model.

Anyone recommend a place around the Greater Manchester area that could clone my original ECU to the spare as a base for remapping?

Being Tricore not everyone can.
