General EcoDrive Basic Question

Apologies if there is a very simple answer to this, but I am struggling with the Ecodrive download procedure...

I have registered my profile and collected the data.
I now want to download that data to my PC.
When I launch the program, I select myself as the driver and then select my car, one of two things happens:

- if the USB stick is not in, then a screen appears that tells me to collect some data first;
- if the USB stick is inserted, then all I get is a white screen that just says 'Loading'.

I have left the 'loading' screen for an hour and nothing happens. It doesn't even look as if it is trying to do anything.

Am I supposed to do something else in order to download the data from the USB stick?

You need to collect data for at least a week before the ecoDrive software decides it's worth the effort to download to your PC.

It's actually the other extreme...I prepared and then plugged the USB stick into the car and left it there for a couple of months. I can see that it has loads of data on it.

Do I need to click somewhere to download it first before I can then access the data?

Step-by-step instructions would really be appreciated if it isn't simply an automatic download on plugging in to the PC.
