is it me or has ebay gone crap for cars i know you could get sum real bargains but it seems more people are usein it to sell bangers that should have been scraped.

i saw a simular punto of mine at 2k
Its more the businesses that wind me up.
They are in the motor trade and know nothing about the cars in which they are auctioning.
I know Panda's are not in huge numbers over here but a little common sense in knowing that a Panda Eleganza is not a 1000cc or that city steering is not an optional extra it comes on all pandas.
It really does my head in :bang:

The whole sector is in sh*t street at the minute, everyone is tightening their belts, starting prices are what the people want and not a penny more or less especially on the the trader accounts - this is more on the good stuff, the p/x crap they arent that fussed just as long as it recoups their fees as theyve made their money on the p/x

Escort - its taxed and got MOT for a start, ideal for banger rallies, theres loads of companies that do this now, touring europe in crap cars, ive done it twice, great laugh, cars not in too bad nick either

a lot of crap that used to go to auction now goes on ebay instead because you get better money, but there are still loads of bargains to be had

after robbing eveyone of loads of money twice (with paypal too), you'd expect them to have a proper customer support who you can SPEAK to and not some robot in san jose who sends out generic emails WHATEVER you ask it.

they do, just call the number.
the only number i found once and tried they said sorry you must use email. only business customers get phone support :bang:
yes ebay has gone crap, there is no decent stuff on there, but the decent stuff is twice the price as in the autotrader
