General Ducato outside temperature sensor

Hi all
I have a 2013 Ducato motorhome. The external air temperature sensor is faulty as the dash readout is 70degrees C. Fiat will only sell a complete mirror. I know that it is possible to buy a sensor but can’t find it anywhere on the net. Has anyone out there bought one of these sensors before which is in the drivers side mirror and can provide me with a part number and source please.
