Technical ducato non start

i have a 53 plate ducato which cut out whilst driving the AA man said crank sensor so i replaced but still non start .
i get number 1 and 4 injectors pulsing whilst cranking but 2 and 3 i get no pulse i have checked continuity between the ecu and injectors 2 and 3 which is ok live and earth,
does this mean my ecu is knackered or has anyone any ideas
the AA man plugged in again after the crank sensor had been fitted but he said no faults were showing .

if 1 & 4 were down you would get unburnt fuel (from 2 & 3), I would get fuel pressures checked first.

ive got no feed to the injectors 2 and 3 surley how woyuld the fuel pressure effect this

well if its a diesel (you dont say?) then injectors 1 and 2 are link powered as are 3 and 4....also are you getting both pos & neg pulses ?

if its petrol they are all pos link powered with independent switch neg.

it is diesel, 2.0 jtd im getting a pulse when i put a bulb across the injector connector + and- ,but only on cyl 1 and4 but bulb not illuminating on 2 and 3, thx for your replies
