Technical ** ducato facelift help needed **

Thinking of buying a y plate ducato camper but wondering how hard it would be to convert it too the newer front end i.e 2002-2005 style? i know the outer wings/lights/grill/bonett/bumper/front panel are differnt is that all or is there more??? cheers in advance
