Technical Ducato 2022 Advanced Safety Pack - Brake Control

I have a Fiat Ducato 2022 fitted with the Advanced Safety Pack which includes the Autonomous Braking system.

When I start the vehicle I get the message that the Brake Control System has started but the Brake Control Warning Light on the dashboard remains permanently on.

However, if I turn on the ignition but don't start the engine then wait for 30 seconds I again get the message that the Brake Control System has started but this time the warning light goes out and stays out after I start the engine.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Perhaps it goes through a start up process which you interrupt by starting whilst it is still going on?

The engine starts almost immediately and then after that the Brake Control information panel appears with the message that the brake control system is starting and remains for several seconds, just the same as if I don't start the engine, so I don't think it's being interrupted.
