General Ducato 2007 sliding door problem

I have bought 2 fiat ducatos and have a problem with the sliding door jumping of tracks and then if you dont see it when you go to close door it pops out the rear window. Has any body else had this problem

no too sure but if you check where the door locators go (like big metal pins, top of sliding door) sometimes (normally on scudos)... the plastic plug they fit into (on the body part) falls off and makes the door sit out of place.
