Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have a 2006 Ducato 2.8JTD 244 variant.

I need a replacement plastic hose connection which screws into the top of the corner of the radiator and feeds up via a small pipe to the header tank.

I've been in touch with my Fiat parts guy at Desira, he has found the part no, put it on back order but there doesn't appear to be any available for the foreseeable so he's hit a dead end.

I've searched on the web and found some sketchy info, mainly from Germany but doesn't appear possible to order from those links.

The Fiat part no is 4478545

I would have posted a link with a photo of the part but don't think i'm allowed to yet.

Any suggestions or other sources to obtain this part would be greatly appreciated please,

Pete

Citroen part: 1306 46 should only be about 2 euro.

To be honest any radiator shop should be able to find a barb fitting to fit or tap a new one into it.

Thanks, spoke to Desira again with your info and that was the part they originally supplied to me, the hose connection was ok but the thread was wrong/too fine. The Fiat part I mentioned earlier is the one with the correct thread I need.

Thanks for trying, like you say, looks like i'll have to get one made up by a radiator shop.

Quick update...

Finally got the part from Italy, price came in at £20 inc postage. A bit pricey but at least I've now got a spare in case it happens again.

Fiat parts dept confirm this part is no longer available, also spoke to a rad specialist and they confirmed they are now only supplied as a kit with the radiator, you cannot buy the kit seperately. :(
