Technical Ducato 2.8jtd pollen filter

Hymer B584 on ducato chassis. The pollen filter needs replacement, I've removed the air intakes in the bonnet and can see and feel the filter but no idea as to how to remove to replace. Anybody done this?

Contacted Hymer, there's no pollen filter fitted to mine. Oops!

You sure you've got a pollen filter? On my 2001 2.8jtd there's no pollen filter.

You were correct, contacted Hymer no pollen filter fitted in mine. Strange garage charged for replacement during service 2 years ago. I'm looking forward to that conversation.
