I now have some diagnostics from my Ducato Type 230 2.8 JTD 2001/2.
First, four screen shots from MultiECUscan.
The errors are P0220, P0500, P0704, P1555.
All seem to be in the area of the after market cruise control that we have fitted.
That is, the cruise control manages the throttle and kicks out if speed drops a percentage below that set or picks up again if you accelerate then drop back to the speed set.
It cuts out if the clutch is depressed or if the brake pedal is depressed.
No guarantee that correlation implies causation but this might be an area to investigate.
Very impressed with MultiECUscan now it is working!
Any diagnostic suggestions welcome.
I assume that I should now delete the diagnostics and then drive around a lot?
