Technical Ducato 1990 1.9D heater matrix replacement

Recently bought this motorhome but heater not working, I think the matrix is faulty/blocked and want to replace it. I've just flushed the cooling system but it made no difference. The fan and flaps are all working correctly. There's heat in the two pipes to the matrix valve.

Can anyone advise me as to the sequence? Can't find any information related to this vehicle and doing it from scratch is a bit daunting! There is a thread to a much later vehicle so not helpful.

thanks for the reply. I had looked at that link and thought it applied to a much later model, but I will look at it again and see how I get on.

Sorry, you're right, I misread the 1990 as 1999.
