Came across this the other day. Seems to be really fast and a create update to the old briefcase thing that you used to get with Windows.
Basically you install it on your computers (PC and Mac) and put anything you want synced in your "dropbox". It then syncs everything in the background - only uploading the changes to save bandwidth and time. You can also go online and get at your files and step back revisions which is quite neat.
Oh and the best bit? It's free
